Grayson Millard - Partner
After growing up in New England and graduating from the University of Connecticut in 2001, Grayson moved to Salt Lake City, Utah where he got his start in the financial industry as a loan officer in the mortgage business. This only made sense after receiving his degree in Business and his love of math and working with numbers. During the turmoil of the Great Recession, he looked to the insurance industry for more stability and hasn’t looked back since.
In 2012, Grayson joined Justin Christensen’s team as a marketing specialist in the area of illustrations and case design as well as helping independent life producers grow their practice with unique sales concepts and strategies.
Fast forward to 2017, and the opportunity to form a partnership with Justin opened up and he welcomed the opportunity. They partnered with 3 Mark Financial to handle all of their back office support including new business, licensing and commissions. This partnership has been a key piece to their business as its given them the flexibility to focus more on advisor relationships and helping them grow their practices.
One of the most important steps Grayson made in his quest for adventure was making the move from Connecticut to Utah after college. Snowboarding is initially what drew him to Utah but it was the ability to enjoy his other passions that ultimately made him fall in love with Utah. Mountain biking, cycling, fly fishing, camping and just spending time in the outdoors with his family is what Grayson looks forward to when not crunching numbers in the office. Utah is also where he and his wife, Devan of 14 years met and is where they currently reside with their beautiful 5 year old twin daughters.
